If u use any p2p programme, please make sure u don't share your files, there is now a new virus out called i-ware its a virus that gets in 2 ur comp and people can see wat ur doing (spyware) its pretty complicated but download this if ur using one of those programmes or else ur comp is pretty much foed!!

If u have any problems with viruses and u dont no how to get rid of em just PM me give me ur MSN and ill guide u through it!!
