How to get your own avatar/picture sig

There seems to be some confusion over how to upload images as an avatar/sig so here's a step by step guide.

1. Get your pic that you want, if you see a pic that you want anywhere on the web just right click it and 'save as'.

2. go to www.imageshack.us because you need to upload the image in to the net first.

3. Use the 'direct link' for the image, copy it.

4. come back on to this site, go to edit profile and go to sig.

5. put the link for the image in between brackets that look like this [/img]
**NB** the '/' in the second brackets is essential otherwise it wont work.

a url is a web address, a link is the address of the image.
