Rock do have a good team, and I don't go there... Pretty sure it'll be them lifting the trophy next year, but a few of the smaller schools have good teams, Pres Bray, Zaga and newbridge.

meh...from wat i hear rock hava ledge team 4 dis year...and like most o my friends are in rok and there pretty obsessed with the whole j thing...so id say they will,,,and terenure second yrs are kinda small this yr??

Were small but skillful nd since weve started trainin in the start or july nd are said to be one of the best years in terenure in ages . id say we have a good chance ,rock are good and i cant wait to play them , Zaga also have no hope in hell . we had 4 on the J's nd lik 4 r 5 others trained wit them for a lot of the season . Itl b a reli good year tho thats for sure

dont care wat any1 says, castleknock are definate dark hourses for the cup. they had 7 on the j's this year and they are all tanks. brilliant back line and a huge front row. i heard that their school has made serious changes with the way rugby is run aswell, new coaches and diet and stuff. look out for them!

ye,i agree wit jacko castleknock are defo underdogs 4 the cup but im sure they'll do well.....dey have hired new coaches and hav been trainin for like 2 months already!!its supposedly 1 of da best teams in a long time.trust me they'll be a team 2 look out for
