no its to do wit ur eyes, when you're starin at a fixed point but you can see colour around it, then your eyes will just think it the same colour as the one closest to the fixed point. confusin.
ok ur starin at the black cross, there is pink around it, ur eyes think that its all pink so they just register those dots as pink.
